MAIN LEVEL
A. This new addition to the existing structure will serve as the main entrance into the RRC, complete with a large elevator serving all floors for full handicapped accessibility.
B. The Grand Ballroom with its finished hardwood floors, high ceiling, chandelier lighting, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows will provide an elegant setting for wide range of gatherings from political forums and community meetings to wedding receptions and musical concerts. The ballroom will accommodate 400 for dining and up to 800 when set up for auditorium-style seating.
C. Coat Room and Lavatories serving the ballroom; spacious hallway leads to an
open patio facing Warren Street.
D. RRC Management Offices
E. Fully equipped commercial kitchen serving the ballroom.
MEZZANINE LEVEL
F. RRC Executive Offices with adjoining lavatory and kitchenette
G. Conference Room, seating 20-35 in various configurations - RRC will rent the use of this space to local small businesses and community organizations at affordable rates.
H. Audio-Visual Control Room overlooking the ballroom.
I. Lounge/Reception area for Executive Offices and Conference Room with adjoining Quiet Rooms on side for prayer/meditation.
LOWER LEVEL
J. RRC Recording Studio will be available to Boston-area musicians to record professional-quality projects at competitive rates. The recording studio will also be used to train advanced Hamilton-Garrett Music and Arts Academy students in music production.
K. Music Practice Rooms for use by Hamilton-Garrett Music and Arts Academy students. The practice rooms will also be available for low-cost hourly rental by local musicians during designated times.
L. Four Multi-Purpose Activity rooms, each seating between 20 and 40 persons in various configurations. Each room may also be divided in half, giving RRC increased flexibility is scheduling its programmatic activities. These rooms will also be available for low-cost rental use by community groups.
M. Storage areas
