Dennis E. Lloyd, Executive Director

  

A well-rounded renaissance man, Dennis Lloyd has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sector; extensive experience in marketing, construction management, finance, and entrepreneurship; a proven record of accomplishment in city planning and management of development projects, operational and strategic systems. Before taking the helm of the RRC, he was the Vice President of Sales for Jerome Press Publications, publisher of Playbill Magazine. He was also the Arts & Entertainment Advertising Manager of The Boston Globe Newspaper for over 20 years. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Massachusetts and a Master's Degree in City Planning from Howard University, School of Architecture & Planning. In addition to serving as the RRC Executive Director, Mr. Lloyd currently serves as a Hazard Mitigation Planner for the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA).

 
 
 

Rev. Bernadette Hickman-Maynard, Director of Programs

 

Rev. Bernadette Hickman-Maynard joined the RRC team in June of 2007. Prior to her arrival, she worked five years as a consultant for Project Aspire - a Harvard Graduate School of Education literacy-based social development program in Boston Public Schools. She also brings considerable experience developing church-based tutoring, mentoring, and youth leadership programs. She graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received a Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology with a concentration in Risk and Prevention from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and recently graduated from Harvard Divinity School with a Master of Divinity. Rev. Hickman-Maynard is an ordained deacon in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
